Our program is designed for adults who are experiencing psychosis or related symptoms and would benefit from specialized psychiatric evaluation, medication management, measurement-based care, and coordinated support.

Patients who may be a fit

Common referrals include diagnostic clarification, medication side effects, relapse prevention, clozapine consideration, persistence of symptoms, early psychosis, or a need for structured longitudinal follow-up.

What referring clinicians can expect

What referring clinicians can expect

We review the referral, clarify fit and urgency, and follow up about next steps. When appropriate, we coordinate with the referring clinician while protecting patient privacy and clinical boundaries.
